Robert Poznanski is the Senior Vice President and COO of the LISC New Markets Support Company. Mr. Poznanski has managed LISC’s New Markets Program since it received its first allocation in 2003. He oversees the underwriting of transactions for LISC’s allocation and for syndication to investors. Prior to his New Markets work, Mr. Poznanski spent 10 years as a pro gram director for Rural LISC and a program officer in LISC's Kalamazoo program. Prior to joining LISC, he provided consulting services relating to the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program and represented issuers and underwriters of tax-exempt bonds.

This was my first time attending the LISC Staff National Leadership Conference in Houston.  It was such an amazing experience because I had the opportunity to learn and make connections with community leaders from across the country. It was also great to see other LISC AmeriCorps Alumni members that were hired by their sites also attending the Conference and WOW, they are doing amazing work!  I could not feel more proud!

Fairmount Indigo Neighborhood Community Forum

We are getting closer to the Corridor-Wide Community Forum. Members of the design teams have been hard at work planning the activities and WE NEED YOUR HELP to get the word out! 
1) Volunteers: We need many volunteers for the day of to help with set up, serve as ushers, co-facilitate and assist with clean up
2) Outreach and Mobilization: Spread the word to your networks, Pass out and post flyers to your community members, make phone calls and notify your stakeholders and partners.
3) PREREGISTER: Have everyone sign up on Eventbrite. This helps us plan for activities and for food. Please make sure you register also.
4) Are You Hosting An Info Table? Let us know ASAP so we can reserve the right amount of tables and chairs.
